Greg Fasullo - CEO
An experienced executive and entrepreneur with a history of building and leading high performance teams, Greg's passion is aligning emerging technologies with underserved market needs. Greg was a co-founder, officer, and director at Valere Power (now Eltek-Valere), General Manager of the Energy Systems business unit at Lineage Power (now GE Energy), and began his career with AT&T's Bell Laboratories. Greg has 12 US patents and degrees from Lehigh (BSEE), UC Berkeley (MSEE), and SMU (EMBA).
Ifty Hasan - CTO
A technologist with a focus on practical solutions to complex problems, Ifty has held a broad range of technology leadership roles in the energy and telecommunications industry. Prior to founding EnTouch Controls, he held leadership roles at Valere Power, Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories, Emerson Energy, and Alcatel. He holds multiple patents and a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
James Walton - VP, Business Development
As a global leader for technology and sales teams, James brings broad experience in business development to the EnTouch team. James has held international sales roles with Eltek Valere and engineering roles with Lucent Technologies. James has multiple patents and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Chad Fink - VP, Sales
Chad is a proven sales leader who leads by example and motivates others to reach their highest potential. He brings over 18 years of sales and management experience in the HVAC industry to the team having led sales teams at market leaders Daikin AC, Goodman Manufacturing, and Lennox International. Chad has a BS from Southern Illinois University.
Frank Menocal - Director, Software Development
Frank is a hands-on technical leader with over 25 years experience in software development and IT organization management. Prior to joining EnTouch, he was Vice President of Technical Services for Datamatic and Director of Systems Development for Aegis Communications. Frank has a BS, CIS from the University of Florida.
Scott J. Boxer - Board of Directors
Scott is nationally recognized as a leader in the HVAC business, having successfully run the largest divisions of industry leaders Lennox and York while also working with the companies' CEOs and boards for critical growth and turnaround challenges. He has served in the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer for the Service Experts division of Lennox International, President of Lennox Industries, President of Lennox Europe, and President for the Unitary Products Group at York International. Scott was awarded a lifetime achievement award by the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute in 2011 and currently serves on several corporate boards including Ecothermics, Inc., TURNS Financing Services and The Weitz Company.
David Matthews - Board of Directors
David has an extensive background as an entrepreneur, a lead investor in emerging alternative investment funds, a venture capitalist, and as a venture philanthropist. David has launched successful start-ups including Intelecon, Green Mountain Dallas, and The Exchange and brought the initial capital together to back emerging managers in such funds as Red River Ventures (a private equity fund), INCAP Financial Group (a real estate development fund), Green Bull Fund (a clean energy fund), Elm Creek Partners (a private equity fund), and Trailblazer Capital. David is an active supporter and leader of philanthropic organizations and has served on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations including Cedars Camps, KERA (the Dallas PBS affiliate), OKC Educare, and Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). A 15-year member of the Dallas EO Chapter, he founded the Oklahoma Chapter of EO in 2007.
